A mold-free production method offers the option of any size packaging which can be customized to meet customer dimensions, at no extra cost. Products are made from recyclable materials, which are 100% easily, quickly, and simply separable. In the event of a single part failure, a component can be easily replaced at minimal cost, without rendering the entire package useless. Our products are User & Environmentally-Friendly designed to protect your products for 24 up to 200+ hours transportation duration and cover a temperature range spanning (2-8)°C,(2-25)°C (15-25)°C or (-24- +2)°C
Outer Carton Box, XPS insulation layer, inner carton box and at least one carton separator are standard for solutions.
In most models, hard and soft icepacks are used simultaneously and consecutively at different pre-conditioned temperatures.
The internal configuration of Mediline solutions is designed to ensure product integrity during transport considering factors, such as impact and product positioning in packages, whether vertical, horizontal or transverse.
