How we help Veterinary companies find the ideal thermal packaging solutions
Our new and innovative passive temperature controlled packaging solutions can be specifically designed to meet our customers’ requirements.
By using our patented organic method for packaging production, which does not use molds, we can design Isobox packaging in all sizes due to our patented ‘Isobox Puzzle Series’ utilizing CNC machines with hot wire cutting for assembling the cut material like Puzzles.
By implementing our puzzle production method, Mediline Solutions does not only eliminate the Greenhouse Effect but also helps maintain Micro Air Circulation inside the Isobox. Moreover, the placement of ice bags symmetrically and on a certain thermal capacitive scale, promotes even air circulation.
This results in the greater possibility of Mediline Solutions to measure similar temperature value at each point. Thermal imbalances caused by tilting and/or reversing are experienced at a lower probability.
Since our solutions do not require a mold, it is possible to develop new and customer-specific products easily and with low pre-costs. Further, a damaged part in use can be replaced which contributes to increased reuse of packaging. It also provides logistical advantages by taking less pace. Our ice packs can be conditioned for different thermal levels and can be used for different temperature ranges and protection purposes. Their pre-conditioning time is much shorter and can be used directly without post-conditioning.
In addition, our ice packs do not have poisonous, flammable or toxic properties and they are multi- use products. You can pre-condition and use again, many times. In this way, we provide our customer with the best fit solution, not only technically, but also financially. We have more than 50 previously validated solutions in our portfolio, which cover a wide range of sizes to assist our customers in transporting their unique, extremely valuable and sensitive products all over the globe, ensuring the appropriate conditions starting from 24 hours till more than 100 hours.
Problems & Solutions
Problems
A continuous temperature-controlled transportation process is very precise and delicate in veterinary logistics. In order to provide medicines and drugs with the required environment for safe transport, veterinary companies have to cooperate with the right partners to ensure support by providing the necessary conditions for product integrity.
Products have to be boxed in the right packaging system to maintain their effectiveness and quality until final point for usage.
Due to unexpected timing delays in transportation process, temperature packaging solutions should be designed in order to cover the effects of these obstacles.
Keeping temperature sensitive products in the required thermal conditions is paramount but, simultaneously, maintaining the quality of the physical characteristics is of utmost importance.
Solutions
Proactively, we investigate the requirement details (destinations, temperature zones etc.) of our customers and provide support by designing solutions that will protect the necessary quality & effectiveness of their products.
We provide customized solutions in transporting their unique and valuable products ensuring the appropriate conditions.
Our technical designers & specialists provide our customers validated models with the best fit in their transportation needs. Moreover, with our know-how and experience, we offer alternative solutions for unexpected situations.
Our insulation material XPS has very low thermal conductivity coefficient comparing with other thermal insulation materials. In addition, with its high compressive and flexural strength can provide mechanical safety.
