Innovate a reliable solution which safeguards goods in the event of delayed delivery time beyond 48 hours. Convince the multinational client that globe packaging imports are subject to complex procedures , which affects sales and distribution, whereas Medline solutions manufactured in Turkey, are not subject to these time-consuming processes.
An international customer in the pharmaceutical sector contacted Mediline to provide a solution beyond 48 hours duration time as product integrity was currently being compromised when exceeding this time period. This problem was frequently faced in extended transport routes. The company’s global policy wasto import thermal insulated packages through the contracted 3PL company. It is a well-known fact that supplying packaging materials from abroad is difficult to manage for pharmaceutical companies in the Turkish market due to different bureaucratic, technical and conjunctural problems. The local division (Turkey)of this global company, believing the use of reliable locally-produced thermalpackage was critical to overcome this problem, turned to Mediline.

Outcome
The collaboration and ingenuity of the three parties involved, Mediline, Customer and 3PL , resulted in a breakthrough set of solutions providing more than 72 hours protection time; an unmatched feat in the domestic market. Further, this joint working association launched anew business model for Mediline with the 3PL company as client paving the way for future Partnership Agreements with reputable 3Pls, with know-how in the Turkish market, so the customer utilizes the benefits of local supply.
Ensure the solutions correspond with the quality standards of the Veterinary Sector for animal health drugs transport to rural areas which cover longer distances and rougher terrain. Secure cold chain protection times for longer duration and wider temperature profiles as top criteria.
Although the modern consumer has become accustomed to seeing, smelling the aroma and touching products to ensure freshness at point of purchase, Covid-19 conditions have led to developments and new thinking, which have diminished the prejudices of using remote sales and home delivery.
